A useful helmet-wrap quote should tell you the price of the finished job and exactly what it includes. Ask separately about the printed vinyl, lamination, fitting, delivery and any removal work. There is no verified nationwide price range in this guide; it explains how to compare the offers you receive.

Why can two quotes be different?
One seller may quote only for printed sheets. Another may include design work, fitting and a protective laminate. The helmet’s shape and the amount of artwork can also change the job being quoted. Until you know the scope, the two totals are not directly comparable.
Use this checklist when asking for a quote
| Item | Question to ask |
|---|---|
| Design | Is this an existing pattern or a custom design? How many revisions are included? |
| Vinyl | What exact film will you use, and is it appropriate for this application? |
| Printing | Is printing included? Can I see a sample of the actual print? |
| Lamination | Is there a separate protective film? Which one? |
| Fitting | Is the price for sheets only or installation on my helmet? |
| Removal | Does an existing wrap need removing, and is that quoted separately? |
| Delivery | Are shipping or collection costs included? |
| Aftercare | What happens if a fitting problem appears, and what care instructions will I receive? |
Compare the same job with each installer
For example, if you are contacting a workshop in Lahore and an online seller elsewhere in Pakistan, send both the same helmet photographs and design brief. Ask both for a written total in PKR with the inclusions listed.
Use this calculation: design + printing + lamination + fitting + required removal + delivery = the total you need to budget. Only include charges that apply, and check that a bundled quote has not already included them.
When is the lowest quote poor value?
It may be poor value if it leaves out work you need, uses unspecified materials or provides no clear agreement about the finished result. That does not mean the highest quote is automatically better. Ask for an explanation of the difference and examples of comparable work.
Our own six-month comparison found different wear on the laminated and unlaminated materials we used. That is one reason to ask about the construction of the wrap, rather than comparing prices alone. See the lamination guide for the observations and their limits.
A message you can send for a clear quote
I would like a wrap for [helmet make and model]. I have attached front, side and back photographs and the design reference. Please quote in PKR and list the vinyl, printing, lamination, fitting, removal and delivery charges that apply. Please also confirm compatibility, areas left uncovered, turnaround time and aftercare terms.
Questions riders ask
Should I buy a new helmet just for different graphics?
If the issue is only appearance, first explore permitted styling options for your current helmet. If its condition, fit or replacement needs are in question, address those separately. A makeover does not resolve them.
Is an online wrap price the installed price?
Only if the listing explicitly includes installation. Confirm what is supplied and who will fit it before paying.
How do I keep the budget down?
Consider an existing design instead of custom artwork, or a smaller graphic if that achieves your goal. Ask for separate quotes for those options. Do not cut costs by accepting an unverified treatment of your helmet.
