We keep this simple: if something is wrong with your order, we will fix it.

7-DAY RETURNS

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is any problem with your order.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A FREE RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

• You received the wrong item
• - The item arrived damaged or defective
• - The item is clearly different from what was shown on our site
• In these cases we pay the return courier cost and send a replacement, or refund you in full — your choice.

CHANGE OF MIND

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. The return courier cost is paid by the customer.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Your order number, and photos or a short video of the parcel when opening it. This helps us approve claims quickly.

 

REFUNDS

Most orders are paid Cash on Delivery, so refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 3 to 5 working days after we receive the returned item.
